Dark fruits, cassis, blackberry, plum, forest floor. Satiny mouth feel. Lovely.

Nice smokey beef jerky nose. Probably would be better just slightly chilled but a nice semi-dry mouth. A bit of pepper, mild tannins. Definitely a wine for grown ups.

This will drink nicely after aging another 3 years or so. Even so, it has a nice earthiness and chocolate notes.
