Really fucking big

Stellar, feminine and beautifully layered. Strawberry compote and clouds of cassis. Fell off after about 90 mins would not decant this.

Not a rough edge to be found. Superb. Could smell the nose all day. This is a hybrid of Bordeaux and Napa. Dark and flavorful fruits on the nose. Mainly cassis, blackberries and plum. Soft on the palate. Leafy, ripe blackberries and stems. If you have this, drink now!

Overheard while tasting..."ooh that's good" delicious, but short finish.

Big California Cab, could taste the high alcohol level at first but had a super fruit concentration and smooth finish….perfect with our steak! 😋

Purchased on release after visiting Claude at his estate.

Stupendous stuff. Soft, sweet and sexy in the nose. Structured, sultry and cedary on the palate.
Black cherries, Crème de Cassis, vanilla-caramel-mocha swirls. Topped off by some whiffs of earth, ink and soysauce.
Spectacular.
Dive in now or any time in the next decade.

Terrific wine in a great spot right now.
Boasting gorgeous notes of black cherries, purple plums, vanillapods, grilled bellpepper and luxurious oak. Pinch of soysauce and freshly cut herbs.
Wonderful grainy tannines and some refreshing acidity.
