05' Blankiet Paradise Hills. Last year for this label...don't miss it. This is also the last year they made a 100% CAB. A 1 hour + decanting. Dark ruby-red in color. The full-bodied wine has some grace and finesse. Black fruits, black coffee, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf. Concentrated & firm tannins, with nice structured acidity. The wine is relatively youthful for an 05'. Many years in front of it… 10+

Great aromas. Smooth dark fruit with mocha and a nice long finish. Drinking great wines during my birthday week.
