This is Bledsoe Family Winery "Flying B Cabernet" not Doubleback. There were nice velvety tannins with ruby dark fruits of; blackberries, blueberries, black raspberries, black plum, plum and cherries on the backside. Soft spices, light pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, loamy soils, leather, underbrush & tobacco. The rich, lush, elegant, finish has nice texture and structure.
