Very interesting dry fruit and good acid

This is actually the red capsule Gewürz-based blend and it's dry, not halbtrocken. Really dig this for its extreme drinkability, and interplay btw fruit and savory components.

Tastes like a lime Popsicle. Not sure how I feel about that...
