100% Bobal, 60 yr old vine. Hand harvested Fermented in ss tank, natural yeasts. Aged 8 months in French Oak. Dark red with purple hue, red/ black cherry, licorice, blue berry, dried plum and slightly raisiny, touch of vanilla creamy oak note with baking spice, med plus to high tannin.
