Loved this Malbec! I had the 2014 vintage and it was very fruit forward, with nice legs and and a modest finish. We enjoyed it with spaghetti and meatballs. I would definitely purchase again.

눈덮힌 하얀산..이 그려지는 깨끗함.
숨쉴때 들이셔지는 깨끗한 공기.
너에게서 깨끗함을 느꼈다.

Pretty light, and elegant. Not enough fruit though, and not enough tannic structure for me.

Well integrated oak, violets, and blackberry jam. A suitable, heavier, pop and pour wine for a hot day.

Ripe, black fruited with strong menthol/eucalypt flavours and a savoury tinge, interesting but doesn't quite grab me

I received a selection of Catena wines following an interview with Dr. Laura Catena (to her credit, she's an amazing person and a part time ER doc). Her 2014 High Mountain Vines Cabernet displays glorious aromas of black currant, anise, mocha, exotic spice, and cedar. Medium weight, elevation has endowed this Argentine Cab with elegance and silkiness stitched against a backdrop of fine tannins and high acidity. It’s fresh and intense with a finish that flirts with saline-tipped minerality. 13.5% ABV
