A powerful and intense wine with unreal potential for development. Drinks like a solid Puligny 1er Cru. Really quite lovely.

Flint, menthol and a very long finish. Feels acidic but not really acid in the mouth it is just a great white wine. Had to try a new batch but this is made to age. Next one in 5 years.

Holy mother fucking shit I had no idea this is what chardonnay can do. The flavor stayed in my mouth on full volume for whole minutes at a time. I don't know what the hell is going on here but this shit is absolutely off the charts.
