Get some of that clean wet forest floor on the nose, cherry, rose petals, and hints of cedar. The palate is delicate with more cherry, soft round tannins, nice minerality and earthyness, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium finish. This is “like the third growth” from Chacra in Patagonia, made in an old world style… Quality is surprisingly good. PS Barda is the closest Spanish equivalent to clos in French; homage to the stone enclosures in Burgundy… Cheers!

On the palate quite light in body with those sweet red fruits of raspberry , red cherry and strawberry , balanced acidity , light tannins. Quite simple and agreeable , though a bit confected with herbal elements underneath and a touch of bitterness, ok length. Very much an entry level wine from this producer, drink now .
