Apr 30th, 2021V16. Very good. Deep purple color. Dusty, smoked bacon nose. Rich, bright, black currant and black berry fruits. Smooth, slightly tight chocolate finish.

Ahhh... Esse #tannat é bom demais. Parte da nota tem meu amor pelo Uruguai? Sim. Mas, é a vida.
O cheiro começa bem forte na fermentação e depois muda pra um cacau bom demais. Depois vem o gosto encorpado, alcoólico, mas bem agradável. Tem também um pouco de refrescância/especiarias que é bom demais. (:
