Impresionante vista picota de capa media-alta con ribete carmesí. Lágrima fina y densa que tinta la copa.
Aromas que necesitan de aireación para desplegar un abanico cuyo protagonista es el aporte mineral de pedernal que se ve acompañado por sensaciones de fruta roja y negra (arándanos), recuerdos de hoja de tabaco y toques balsámicos.
Ataque inicial picante con un carbónico sutil. Muy buena acidez. Tanino rugoso y sensaciones sedosas. Fresco, complejo y de buen recorrido. Adictivo.
Vino personal de Imanol Garay al que hay que acercarse con la mente abierta y huyendo de estereotipos.
A mi, personalmente, me ha encantado, aunque le queda recorrido y, quizás, dar aún lo mejor de sí con más tiempo.
