The Patagonian cool climate really dials down the alcohol and allows for balance on all else. The finish is impressive: meaty, chocolaty, slight tannic, with dark fruit remains.

Fruit forward with ripe raspberries & huckleberries with some baking spice, a touch of bark and a a fresh, mineral note.
On the palate this is plush with velvety, juicy, rich tannins, fresh acidity and a nice mineral streak. Balanced & with nice flow.
Unabashedly new world style yet with a good drink factor.
