Not a huge fan. Decent wine, but quite bitter for my taste.

A bit harsh on first - but later it opens up. Dark purple color, steady black berry taste with touch of tobacco. Nice fruity aroma.

Deep purple in color with a purple rim.

Fruity on the nose with cloves, blackberries, oak, metals, barnyard, plums, vanilla, spices and light black pepper.

Medium plus in body and harsh, with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, earth, bell peppers, plums, red currants, vanilla, cloves, spices, pencil lead and peppercorn.

Short finish with very soft tannins and black pepper.

An average (or even a bit less) Red wine. Peppery, Simple and unbalanced, but definitely drinkable. 100% Malbec grapes.
Dramatically improves after 90 minutes.

Grapes are grown at around 3000 ft. elevation.

14% alcohol by volume.

Way better Argentinian Malbec out there, even at this value price point. Sour cherries and heavy tannins. Still finds a level of drinkablity despite those rough notes but it’s below average.

Starts off a bit bitter, but once you let it breathe it's a pretty decent Malbec
