Clean, clean, clean. Subtle floral, even subtler fruit on the nose -- banana, ripe peach. Mild acidity. Very clean finish. Bumping up after a few days for longevity and a lingering aftertaste of watermelon that I enjoy.

It's very strong. It needs to ferment more. It has a very sharp taste and the notes are hard to find.
