Just a random Gran Reserva! 🤣 Quite Classic and measured. Nothing out of place. Early in its development.

Delicate but full of flavor

Awesome. The young fruity aromas have mellowed out but still retains the freshness. Very well balanced in terms of tannin and acidity. Nothing to complain about.

Elegant wine — round tanns, cherry jammy.. but med to short finish . Fun times tho

Deep ruby color. Listed as medium bodied; leans more toward heavy. Cherry notes with slight vanilla undertones.

Tobacco and dirt, quintessential of a nice Rioja!

A lot of tobacco. Some vanilla and balsamic as well. Maybe a little too much oak and tannin still in the 2009–could use just a bit of additional time or decanting.
