The nose is initially quite expressive with raspberry, blackberry, anise, leather, and earth. It does fade a bit after some time. The flavor profile is darker, with blackberry, tar, and black cherry. Firm tannins are present but not overwhelming. Longer finish dominated by black fruit and drying tannins. Give this an hour or two to breathe. Should age well for another 5-10 years.

Enjoyed this one. Light but interesting and smooth. Short finish. Would buy again. Not too much oak which is nice in a Tempranillo
