This was our first Tempranillo and it was good. Went very well with smoked beef. Dark, plum notes.

Apr 14th, 20192016: tight, dry, and sour right out of the bottle. Dark, inky berries. Great, dank, floral nose. After letting it open up: totally softened and flavors became more manifest: plum, raisins, minerals on the back palate, tannins softer bit still solid, cherry and oak but in the background, leather and spice. Can stand up to roasted meats and pasta or drink alone.
