This is a nice dry sherry from Spain.
Very sweet on nose, but dry on the palate. Nose is with maple, honey, hazelnuts, chocolates, alcohol, smoke and lemons. Great nose.
On the palate, maple, wood, spices, peppercorn, limes, toasted almonds, nuts, cinnamon, bitter herbs and vegetables.
Medium minus in body with medium plus acidity with a long finish.
This is a very interesting Sherry. Loved the fact that the palate is so different from the nose.
