La Garrocha Oloroso Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino

Another Wednesday night at Club 1175.

A very fine wine, but not my preference. Dark tones without much complexity, nor a memorable texture. A fair representation, just not my bag, baby.

Like the sherry love the label!

Solid dry oloroso with succulent mid-palate, and a short, nutty finish. Beautiful , but lacking that extra complexity...

So good. Always so hard to describe these wines. Such an intoxicating aroma, it just draws you in and breathes you out.

Olorosoness!!

Great balance of sweet nuttiness and cutting acid.

I grant myself the opportunity to enjoy many more of these :)
