Smells of minty, lusty, puffed rice.

Medium bodied excellence! Spicy eucalyptus, blueberries, plump, yet unsweetened. This is a Spanish wine that hits every point of what I want a wine to be. A harmonious balance of oak and acid, fruit and herb, changing mouthfeels as the wine evolves. Wow, this vintage could go another 5 - 10.

Decent, dry and focused. Serve a bit on the cold side. Benefits from air.
