Bodegas Naia (Viña Sila)
Naia Rueda Verdejo
The 2015 Naia (Verdejo), an attractive white from Spain’s Rueda region, evokes fresh citrus and orchard fruits, jasmine and a hint of anise, with an incisive, mineral-driven finish. (JR)

Dark yellow. Almond bitters, wood and some spiced lime make this very nice to drink with some food. Not as good as the Naiades but at half the price....

May 9th, 2017We tried this wine when Maureen and Dave brought it over for dinner. It's minerally, slightly dusty ale aromas lead into a well- balanced palate with body and zesty acidity. Peach, green melon and white pepper flavors fade out on a pulpy finish with good acidic cut.
