Definitely better slightly warmed. Went perfectly with a roast dinner and after! It has an omphy initial mouth feel that is balanced by fruit and a lick of tannins that softens away elegantly into a little pat on the back. Would gladly buy this again. I would love to try with a pizza or ratatouille.
