Bright gold. Inviting nose of honeyed baked apples. Full-bodied palate of baked yellow apples in a honeyed vanilla dumpling crust. Just enough (medium) acidity for a bit of refreshment as a sipper, and just enough sweetness to make a great compliment to a meal (especially spicier foods).
