Deep purple with violet, blackberry raspberry jam and spice on the nose. A bit of dried floral and cedar wood notes. On the palate the fruit is winding down but it is clean. Mellow tannins and medium body with a smooth velvety finish. Almost pass prime but not bad blend.

Very mineral, oak, plum, groseille, menthol. Mouth: very earthy and mineral. Sticks to palate.

This blend has a dark flower nose preceding a pallet of blackberries, light tar, and cedar. The mouthfeel is somewhat syrupy with moderate tannins, but does not linger on the tongue like you'd hope. Overall, this is a wine that is fine with food, yet I would not savor on its own.
