High alcohol comes through. Great with chocolate. Rich, caramelly, high viscosity. Perfect with bouche de Noel Giger read chocolate cake.

Perfect wine. Best example of this style I could imagine. Really perfect.

Takes some time to warm up to you, but quite the flavor explosion. Well worth the cost for the connection to the land and history. Develops with chocolate, salt, soy sauce. Decadent time capsule that I will splurge on time and time again. Softer, deeper, and longer finish than the 1983. Love both. 😊
