This white wine is extremely floral on the nose; however, at first taste, after yielding a slight kick, turns slightly fruity. Pairs well with fish.

Jul 19th, 2015Tried to pair with a pork taco, not great. We also had a tomato and avocado salad, it was good. It also has a very earthy finish. Next time I will pair it with grilled fish.

Chalky, sandy and clean nose followed by a bracing, tart lime citrus assault. Dry, but not flat; a full body leads to a lean finish. FUN to drink.
