A wonderful wine. It has aged well and should continue to do so. We enjoyed it. Highly recommended as a signature SA cab.

Big nose with sweet notes of blackcurrant, cedar and spices. Medium body, rich fruit, young tannins, fresh acidity and long finnish. Will develop with some years.

Much as I would expect from a SA Cabernet Sauvignon. Understated and elegant.
It's funny. I have wine stereotypes for some of the DL crew. To me, this is much more @David T and much less @Paul T or @Martin G Rivard
