Delicious orange wine from Portugal. Round and racy at the same time, with great citrus fruit and acid balance. Done in clay amphorae that the producer lines with bees wax. Delicious and unique is always a winner in a my book.

Portuguese wine tasting at D'Canter. I surprisingly liked quite a lot. Oxidized smell (nice actually!). Super light, "water" sensation, not a big mouth feel, but very flavorful. Minerality. Has some tannins from the grape skins due to the method of making. Awesome w stinky cheeses, surprisingly good w the chorizo too (and raisins!) lol
