Light, but very complex. It took some time to get the full flavor, but make no mistake this one is very special! Paired well with Torchio lamb shoulder ragu.

Light in texture and alcohol but savory, herbal, full of dried flowers, blacktop and bright cherries (almost like a Barbaresco). Interested in trying more Norellos...
