Candied oranges, honeysuckle, chamomile, slight spiciness, caramel apple. Almost totally dry, very well balanced. Hay, slight peach, and a pleasant green herbal character on the palate. Excellent terroir - an honest wine with a distinct sense of place. Layered and vibrant.
