Open over sink. Bubbles are big and not fine. Wine goes flat very quickly. Weird texture and not a solid bubbly.

The low ratings on this are criminal. Amazing to get a hold of a few retail bottles as my understanding is this usually only available at the winery. Bright well rounded palate perfectly melded against lively acidity and lifting effervescence. Always a fan of sparkling red but this is a step above.
