Trying for a diverse group of wines, hopefully crowd-pleasers, needing to pair with a large assortment of tasty treats today.

Smooth fine bubbles, nice texture.
Not the large bubbles of previous vintages. Great flavor profile, the three fruits really balance each other. Crisp yet soft and fruitful. Glad to see its not just for club members now. Great cider.

Great poundability from a local fruit concoction.

texture is supple compared the the champagne sparkle of 2011, bringing the pear to the forefront

Golden color. Apple aroma with a hint of quince. Layered flavors of three fruits in succession with rounded acidity. A nice drink; enjoy while the bubbles last

'Tis the season...fruit has dropped & happy to have popped this Question. Pomme non-stop, lots of layers, really liking this 2013, less froth, not quite as dry as previous releases.
