Bright fruit on the nose. On the palate, blackberry, pepper, dark cherry. Bold with good tannins and above average acidity. Complex and beautiful. Smooth finish.

This wine is classic Chateauneuf du Pape. It has a light acidity from the counoise, and brings out bright red flavors. I would call this a palate pleaser; a great wine to bring over to a friend's or family's house.
