Day 21 - preparing for our family Christmas dinner early since my son is home from South Florida for the weekend. I don’t drink too many Tempranillo’s but this one is very enjoyable and is going well with licking banana pudding off the spoon! It’s very light and actually quite fruity with some acidity. This was paired with an aged cheddar and a mousse with nougat chocolate.
