Tasting notes part two from the wine dinner tonight celebrating the Judgement of Paris 40th anniversary...American last week, French counterparts this week!
This wine was paired alongside the Chateau Montelena counterpart and without a doubt was the winner. The acidity here compared to the Chateau Montelena was so much more enjoyable. Could tell the difference by the earthy/musky nose instead of a traditional butter bomb.
