Bouchard Père et Fils
Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Chardonnay

After about two hours of decant, the nose is beautiful baked pear and puff pastry with ever so subtle mineral notes. On the palate it is still very pear tart-like with a little drizzle of honey, but the wine is evolving with each sip, amazing bottle. Used the Durand for cork extraction tonight as things looked like they could be questionable, the release was clean and intact.
Primary thoughts are there is still life in this one, I'd suggest 2-4 years left before falling from a favorable drinking window.

Found myself reaching for closest CC after trying roulot 2014 last night. Not much life left in this bottle
