This is lovely stuff. Very crisp and precise and defined on the nose. Chalk, lemon oil, lots of minerality. A subtle palate that unfurls showing serious substance behind the structure. I suspect in time if this Wine can avoid the premox that has cursed Bouchard, this could be a fantastic wine. Great to drink now though.
