Feb 9th, 2018Orval out of a Chimay glass? People have been jailed for less. Nevertheless, this quintessential Trappist brew fires on all cylinders. By far my favorite complex beer, it doesn't forget to be good on the way to greatness!

Jul 16th, 2017Maybe the most distinctive of all Trappist ales. Herbal, spicy, dry and very effervescent. Also tried one with a bit of bottle age on it that was even better.
