German, Austrian, and Saké buyer at Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, CA. My opinions are my own.
This is a Rosé made of cab franc. There is a fizzy, “Zots” note to it, followed by lots of raspberry and strawberry notes, and garden herbs. A little wildness to it, but very enjoyable. Savory, lively and all fun. Anyone who enjoys the Rosado by Lopez de Heredia, should appreciate this. — 5 years ago
Interesting. On the nose, something like a funky soft rind cheese like Vacherin. On the palate, tropical and stone fruit. There is also a wild note. I don’t taste Joly’s wines enough to latch on how they should be, but this was fun. — 5 years ago

Lean. Red ripe crunchy fruit. Light-bodied, high-toned. I quite enjoyed this. — 5 years ago

In a great place. Dark red pomegranate notes, full, mineral texture, super pure. Medium-bodied, showing beautifully. — 5 years ago
This one is all Pinot Noir. So Mineral and expressive with cherry notes. Prim and proper, but a knockout. — 5 years ago

A Pet ‘Nat with a robust bouquet of cranberry cherry, guava, grapefruit, hibiscus and stargazer lily all reflected in the palate. Tart/sour. Gleek factor: 10. Rich but dry. Juicy and refreshing. Natural & unfiltered. — 4 years ago
