Fresh red fruits up front, smooth cedar on the back. Really good value IMO.

May 14th, 2023my type of pinot. light red getting into brown in color. light and smooth. surely red fruit (cherry and strawberries) but thus subtle two more threads: earthy, leather and smoky on one side, vanilla and butter on the other. i love pinots exactly like this, when fruits are under control. very well balanced.

May 30th, 2022Lots of vanilla. Pretty good deal on a Napa Pinot. Super smooth, medium light body for any red. Strawberry, cherry, creamy. Great value

Apr 2nd, 2022Wendy recommended this for a shoulder season drink—not as heavy as a cab or some Pinot noirs, but not ready for whites yet. It is tasty but not my favorite. It’s very fragrant. I smell chocolate or something sweet. Lighter color than other reds. Low tannins. Light finish. I think I prefer gamay for shoulder season. (Eg, Beaujolais-Villages).
