Brewer description: A dry-hopped sake inspired by the intersection of sake and craft brewing. Hops are added after pressing, contributing bright aromatic character while maintaining the underlying sake profile.
Tasted at Sake Day SF — 9/26/2026. Rating is limited since the same glass was reused throughout the tasting, making it difficult to get a truly clean tasting and accurate read on the aromas.
Surprisingly good. Very good in fact for a U.S. brewer. Not traditional, but very tasty and fun. I would buy this.
