Blackberry compote, blueberries, white pepper, iron, violets, clay. Rounded snappy acidity-mild smooth velvet tannin balance, light-medium bodied, silky slightly juicy texture, lengthy earthy-fruity-slightly smoky finish. Mineral driven much like a Cru Beaujolais.

Gorgeous Gamay, as it opens into black fruits & length, finesse, and starry depths. Maybe drinking this 500 ml bottle at midnight on bluffs overlooking the river enhanced this impeccable creation by a vigneron too soon retired!
