Clear ruby; plum, cherry, boysenberry, forest on a warmer day; cedar notes. Palate- red fruit, tart, initial bang! Fresh then subsides, to hints of woody mint. Medium A, T, B and L. The acidity, tannin and fruit profile are well integrated. Better with food, also enjoyed with 75% chocolate #thelatestbatch #dolcetto #alba

Apr 24th, 2018Ungt och stramt med körsbär och nypon. Läst att det ska dofta skumbanan och är... Böjd att hålla med faktiskt. Inte alls som en billig bojo noveau, men det finns nåt där. Lär göra sig riktigt bra till lite fetare italiensk mat.
