This is rather fabulous. Minerals. Pink grapefruit. Very refreshing and zippy. It makes me feel like I shattered a geode in my mouth but like in a good way. Actually that sounds terrible just know this is all the dignified sparkle you could hope for.

Really nice, more slatey than fruity on the nose. Lingers nicely and long on the palate, especially for a rose. Maybe some dried apricot in there too, and savory, a little effervescent. Dry (not extra) and balanced.
