This lovely 32 year old had a green herb and black olive nose that would be easy to mistake for Chinon! Great with lamb blocks and quite fresh on the finish!

1984 where were we All? This cab fooled us all. On opening it had a very closed no flavor nose. Within 45 minutes it emerged with flavors of plum, a touch of woodiness and a hint of cassis. At 33 years of age, it was surprisingly good. I guess wines were made to age that long ago. Bravo to Henry who brought it and Mr Kamen who originally bought this. Also Buehler Family well done. CB 91+*
