Bulgariana
Thracian Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A pleasant surprise from Bulgaria. Not a big wine and if I didn't know better, I would have called it a cool climate cab done right. Tannins are light and pleasantly approachable. Cherry, menthol, raspberry. Nice finish. Could see this being agreeable to a wide range of wine drinkers.

Bold nose. Full bodied Cab. Really smooth and a lot of the flavors don't show until the finish. Dark cherry, black berry, smoky, and very strong tannins. Great Cab from Bulgaria!

Cherry, plum, a little oak, maybe some tobacco on the nose.
pepper, cherry, a little bit of smoke on the palate. Solid for the price and from a region I’ve never explored!
