Bulgariana Thracian Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015: Hit or miss? A great find or not? Is price always the indicator of quality? Wine is very subjective & personal but in my eyes, this was a hidden treasure. I found this wine during a work trip to Bethesda, Maryland at a corner liquor store across the street from my hotel. It was medium-bodied, smooth and very flavorful. Light tannins and layers of red fruits. A pleasant surprise from Bulgaria. Cheers🍷

Just the perfect balance of dry and sweet for a cab. Drank with spaghetti dinner and great alone as well. Would buy again.

Better than I was expecting - definitely not as robust as many new world cabs but super dry with a hint of blackberry. Wonder if this might be helped with a very slight chill?
