Mixed feelings as I finally said goodbye to this in my fridge. Since the flavor profile decidedly lands on the Alpine, herb/menthol side, guess that makes me more of a fan of everything else Amaro. Funny though that this is Calabria borne- Italy’s toe is not Alpine as far as I know! Still, refreshing at times just brace yourself for the cough syrup associations.
