The first of 3 bottles from a tasting gifted to Nellie. Medium ruby in color; cherries, cedar, and tabacco on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like eucalyptus, red currants, and red plums with a long finish. It needed to breath for about 30 minutes. I bet it would be great with a little more age as well. Nellie likes it. I do too.
