Real hit of plums and cherries. This then softens to leather and a soft smokiness. Not the best Barolo I have had but defiantly Barolo so well worth the £10.

What a bargain! Not the best Barolo you'll have by any means. But for £10, this is value for money. Needs to breath, but as long as it does and you pair it with a rich dish, you get all the lovely dry vibrant fruity notes you would expect.

I was expecting big things from the Aldi bargain Barolo but it disappointed slightly. Not the worse I've had, certainly not the best though. Lacks a little depth.
